Start with dal water veggie water rice water coconut water etc and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc..
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
