give entrogermina 2 drops twice in a day
keep him well hydrated
stop giving new food items
and keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
