Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the. most ccommon cause of cough and cold in small children
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

If your baby is having extreme congestion which can be cured with the help of nebulisation so in such case you should definitely consult with yourpaediatrician and about it because stopped again only advise you will after examining baby and will advise you some medication which will help to cure it fast
