sir after delivery of baby my wife has become thin.... and also weight loss... what is procedure to gain weight and hair fall

A. Hello there sir please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once your wife with doctor in person and also do thyroid test too. And give baby green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet. Also add Shaadmani Dandelion green tea in her diet . You can buy it from Amazon.. Take care
