since 3days suffering from Motions and fever

A. itnis the vural . be Diarrhoea may be due to any viral infection of gut . Milk is avoided during this time as it is not digested well . Also give probiotic like enterogermina and zinc drop to baby . Start giving ors for preventing dehydration .
