Both are fine in their places as such
depends on many factors such as baby acceptance and also easy on pocket and avaiability
similac is more or less used in hospital set ups as such it is also hypoallergenic and is a good option if the baby is protein senstive
other hand aptmail is more beneficial if your baby is prone to allergies
