A. Yes, u can. Walkers are usually designed for babies between the ages of 4 to 16 months. but first confirm that his feet touch the floor and he is able to hold his head up steadily..

A. yes you may use walker, after 7 month of age when baby started sitting without support and completly hold his neck, but you should buy broad base walker for baby.
keep observing
