Should we use a walker for 7 month old as he is now trying stand, is there any ideal time after which should be start it, considering the development of the leg muscles

Better not to.
let her learn it herself
massage her daily with the Babyhug massage oil
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
do not use Demineralized water for drinking
