to improve weight. Give Desi ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mango, custard apple will help to increase weight  .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello this will not help in weight gaining but it is okay to be given for digestion but do not make it an habit and do not give it on a Daily basis and you may give it only when required which would then not be a problem and would be safe d to be given for the child also
