Should I follow any particular diet as I am breastfeeding my baby??? or I can be on my as usual diet??? Will my diet affect the baby??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can be in your usual diet while you are breastfeeding your baby. There is no restriction for healthy food. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.
