Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. not required as such. Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .

If you want to clean the tongue of your child then you can go ahead with using a silicon tongue cleaner that’s available at medical stores so you can just go ahead with that as as a completely better than a safer choice to go for cotton can get stuck on to the tongue and mouth so you should never put it into the mouth of your childWrite Your Answer Here
