she was moaning in sleep for the first time today why I don't know is it normal?

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaidfy /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash andc more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
