she is sleeping at least 20 hours a day.is it normal?

A. Yes, it is generally normal for a 3-month-old baby to sleep around 14 to 17 hours a day, and in some cases, even up to 20 hours—especially during growth spurts. At this age, babies sleep in short stretches throughout the day and night, waking mainly for feeding and diaper changes. As long as your baby is feeding well, gaining weight, is alert when awake, and has regular wet diapers, there’s usually no cause for concern. However, if she is unusually difficult to wake, very lethargic, or not feeding properly, it's best to consult a pediatrician for evaluation.
