There is a speech delay to the child and that is why your child may not be talking so you have to know this that by the age of 2 1/2 years also if the child does not pick up on its speech then it is mostly considered as a deal which is that I would recommend you that you consult your doctor a speech therapist and go ahead with what they suggest
