Q.

She is not taking meals properly. Physically she is weak.Getting tired earlier.

A. hello dearr mom, she should not be weak at this aage include balanced diet with all vital nutrients specially3ggs, full fat milk and milk products, nuts seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables etc

A. Hi mom Giving healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups is important for growth and development. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. As ur child is 7 years old, make her understand the importance of eating healthy food by giving different examples Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating
