Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
As ur child is 7 years old, make her understand the importance of eating healthy food by giving different examples
Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating
