she is having deformed front teeth,,, she is only 2yrs 9 months old,, what shd i do?? she is also having infection in gum

A. there is nothing that you can do at home so please visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination and treatment done do not ignore it as the milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth
