Q.

shall I mix dates into semi solid wheat milk as a sweetening agent for my 6 month girl? if no, when I introduce dates for my 6 month girl? if yes, how to use them

A. avoid, don't introduce date before 8 month. Sweetening of milk food/porridges are not recommended even it is with fruits, dates, etc because it might become a habit in no time and will be difficult to change.
