Poha is not very high in fibre.
pls start including high fibre foods like vegetable, green vegetables, oats, pulses sprouts in babys meals
Add curd also daily for good digestion
Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. poha should be started by the age of 1 year not any time before that as it is not really easily achievable by the kids so I would suggest you please do not go ahead with that also have a suggest you to please understand one thing that a little one is just six months of age which means you can just start with a semi solid diet for your little one cerelac suji Shera Mata Shera are advisable nothing apart from that
