A. see we can not imagine.See try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosisBest will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

A. Apply oil or sebamed rash cream.

A. try using babyhug baby rash cream.. keep area always moisturized
