Ruqayyah is allergic to milk which formula should I give she is 2 and half years old#asktheexperts

A. At the age of 2 1/2 years there is no point giving any kind of formula milk to the child which is not going to yield anything to the child so if you want to go for non-lactose milk you can give soya milk to the child you can give almond milk to the child both options are going to be good to be offered during this time
