Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
Home remedies like Ttulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no ifmprovement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
paracetamol for fever and pain.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ascoril Flu syrup for the baby vcxCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time
