Respected sir, my child Umesh was suffering with rashes between his both thighs, please suggest an ointment or medicine sir.

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. hi rashes in this area is usually diaper dermatitis. Keep area dry. Apply coconut oil every 3 hours. Apply diaper rash cream containing zinc. Avoid diaper usage for couple of days.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Rashes due to prolonged usage of diapers and accumulation of moisture is common in babies. To avoid it, make him wear loose cotton clothes and keep the lower area clean and dry and open for sometime during the day for skin to breathe. You can apply Babyhug rash cream or coconut oil on affected areas 2-3 times a day.
