Q.

Respected sir/madam, Before diarrhea my son burhanuddin use to drink milk and sleep but from when diarrhea is cured doctor told not to give milk but he has habit of drinking milk but doctor told not to give so he eats marie biscuits and sleep so please suggest what to give instead of milk so he is not hungry the whole night

A. U Can consult your doctor and you can give lactose free milk to the child for the time being as after that once this thing is completely sorted you can go ahead with regular milk but as of now if your doctor can advise you to go for any lactose free milk you can go for that

Q. Respected sir /madam. Before diarrhea I use to give roti to burhanuddin but now diarrhea has stop but we give par wali roti .is it good for my 3 to 4 mths or I give normal roti. before diarrhea morning Breakfast milk with pediasure scrambled egg Afternoon lunch chapati Almost non veg evening one chapati with non veg vegetables very rare. Night rice with non veg Sabji without smashing rice milk with dry fruit powder before diarrhea he use to do one time toilet after diarrhea everything is not getting digest now he is doing 2 times toilet after diarrhea food Morning upma yogurt sometimes apple lunch par wali roti with vegetables or leafy vegetables or sometimes chicken Evening roti vegetables night smashed rice sometimes with little boiled egg or with vegetables but still he does 2 time toilet or something 3time if he eats meat or dal he does toilet his bowel has changed after diarrhea .can any one suggest good diet for his growth or is this proper diet
