red colour spot seeing 4mnth old babys motion.is it any illness?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Is it blood in his or her motion? Check his next stools as well. Is his potty area red and has rashes? How many times is he or she passing stools in a day? Are the stools too watery with a foul smell? As soon as the baby passes stools, clean his diaper area with a cotton ball soaked in warm water. Change diapers frequently every 2 to 3 hours.
