A. you can offer daal water rice water mashed moong daal khichdi oats Ragi avocado potato sweet potato mashed banana apple puree pear puree peach puree prunes puree carrot puree pumpkin puree peas puree to the kid. start with boiled cool water as well. continue breast feeding.
