Protein supplements like proteinx powder is good for babies who is 1 year 9 months He doesn’t drink plain milk .. but somehow to go be him milk I put in homemade Ragi malt and little milk with rice+dal and he eats a small bowl of cerealc with small piece of apple one time Can I give him proteinx powder with milk now .. is it too much protein? How much grams of protein should my baby eat now ?

A. It can be introduced after 2 years of age but opt for junior proteinex and the diet you are giving is good and now you can gradually introduce all family foods
