Whole Grains Sprouts,
spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello not necessary to have any diet and just that make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and if you are a breastfeeding mum then you should be avoiding spicy and gassy causing food in the diet and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
