poblem in breast feeding. my feeding is not enough for his. so his required formula fed. what can I do

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further assistance. Good luck and take care
