Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Use the diapers only when absolutely necessary. After bath pat the area dry. Apply pure coconut oil on the nappy area and leave it open for at least half an hour. Later, clean it up with a soft cotton cloth dipped in warm water. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
