Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to give breast feeding milk to the child again and again and for fever you can give paracetamol to the child which can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature
