plz suggest probiotic gummies for my 5.5 year daughter...for her digestion

or mix 1 spoon of isabgol in chapati dough n make chapati from it. benefits of isabgol are too good. but use unflavored one.

SumalathaMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi Mom. Instead of gummies try giving fenugreek water for digestion. Soak fenugreek seeds for about 1 hour, filter and give her that water to drink. Daily 1 glass.
