NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello better to avoid anuy powder with milk as the ones you ge ins hops contains added sugar and you can add almonds or dry fruits instead and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
