plz doctor Hume bataye meri 21 mahine ki beti ko 104.4 fever hai dawa se km hota hai pr 4 hours hoge pr fir se 104 fever ho jata hai or khasi v hai kya use thand lagi hai ya koi or problem hai doctor parasitamol diye hai

A. hi ji , ye viral infection he magar jese ki dawai ki jyada aasar nahi he , aapko apne pediatrician se milna jruri he Bukhar kum krne k liye ..bachche ki chhati ,pith aur talvo pe pyaz ki slices halke hatho se gheese.
