plz answer me how we would come to know that mother milk is sufficient for baby or not plz plz

A. The child is full for at least two or three hours after taking a feeding from you and gaining sufficient amount of weight with the feeding that you give that means the feeding that you’re providing is enough because it is keeping the child full for duration plus the weight gain can be seen
