A. Hello ma’am The most common symptoms for stomach infection or like if you see blood or mucus or stickiness or foul smell in the pool then these are some symptoms for stomach infection other than that if your child is just crying while passing motions then there is nothing like stomach infection it could be just discomfort to your child but still if you want to be more sure about it just consult your doctor once
