please sugggest best vitamin and calcium drop for 3 month baby

No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.
Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

A-z multivitamins should be given to the child so I would recommend you that you can be giving it to the child for initial one year another supplements can only be suggested by the doctor if they think it is important to be given then only you can go ahead with it
