please suggest what happened if two doses of Azithromycin given to 2 years 4 months old baby mistakenly

So the two dosages must have been given on the basis of what your doctor has advised then it would not be a problem because a very strong antibiotic it is further if you do not see any kind of a comfort then you can wait for another 12 hours otherwise I would suggest you to consult your paediatrician
