Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having infection the neck he needs appropriate antibiotics which can be given only after physical examination of the baby please consult your local doctor for the same

U Should consult your doctor ones regarding the same because it seems like some kind of an infection that your child is suffering from its better to 1st get a check with your paediatrician or a dermatologist and then go ahead with the correct medication for the child
