Please suggest me. My baby is 2 months 20 days old. Last week he didn’t poop for 6 days and on 7th day he passed motion. After that he pooped twice but in a gap of 3-2 days. How can i make him poop evryday so that his appetite does not reduce. He is on bottle feeding only breastmilk

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid foodtd has been started after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Meddications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
