please suggest for mother feed .. my son is now 1yr .. mother feed is secreting low milk .please suggest

A. Hi Mom, It's normal your breast milk will be reduce after one year of your child. Have milk secretion foods like fish, vegetables. Eat and drink more get more rest offer both sides when nursing. Thank you have a nice day..
