NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child 3 meals on a day and include fruits and vegetables well and also give home made cerelac rice dal curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi dry fruits which can all help in the growth of your child
