please suggest diet for 3 yrs boy... we are using pediasure whether it is ok or not

A. thank you for reaching out of your question after baby completes one year old you should very safely move him to family food that means whatever you is a family is what is over to your baby as well problem with less why is if they tend to eat more spice including proteins carbohydrates for fruits and vegetables and whole grains and good fats
