please sir tell me my baby boy whose age is 3 year 4 month when he eat then vomate one time in whole day baby have gas probmlem also sir please advise me what can I do

A. to boost his digetion give ajwain water. Mix mint leaves juice in yogurt. Mix just pinch of black pepper ( it helps in the secretion of gastric juices).Mint is also used to combat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and colic in small children. Give it twice in a day.
