Hello you can include all family food freshly prepared at home include cereal and grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables,  eggs,  cows milk and milk products , add ghee butter, cheese in daily diet

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products 
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements 
Take a good care of your baby 
Burp well after every feeding 
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation 
Try to keep head up position
Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern
