There Is no meal plan that you’ll have to go ahead with its going to be very certain in the similar manner as it is for parents is she supposed if you’re making poha for breakfast you should give the same to the child so if you’re making Dal rice for lunch that’s going to be same for the child so all in all what I’m trying to say is the food is just going to be the same for the child
