Please doctor explain my USG Report

There are certain things into the report there are meant to be taken into consideration it would be better that you check with your gynaecologist regarding that your uterus is bigger than usual and the fatal pole is also not there right now for your doctor would be able to give you a proper advice on what all does it mean and what’s meant to be done
