please can you comment if there is any issue in urine report

Author of questionGuardian of 4 children1 Year agoA. yes we have already visited local child specialist ,he suggested for abdomen scan as he feels mild infection as per the below urine report.
we wanted to know what kind of infection and how it gets infected.They donot tell us complete things even if we aks them.
