Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms please get a proper examination done by your doctor so as to get the appropriate treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment herhere with incomplete details. only after knowing proper finding regarding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .

These White patches could be due to deficiency in the body of calcium or sometimes it could be dryness or a skin related issue which is most commonly known as vitiligo so I think that could be one of the issues out of the three so kindly can you check with your paediatrician ones please
