Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy10 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Pineapples are a bit acidic and cause mild allergic reactions in few babies. So it is a trial and error method to know whether it suits your baby or not. Given very, very small quantities to check the suitability and for better absorption . Good luck and take care.
