shavetaMom of a 4 yr old girl1 Year agoA. A good and healthy diet including essential vitamins rich food plus some effective hair oil made up of coconut oil and fenugreek seed helped me. I am using indulekha bhringa oil since an year after delivery and its really effective. Hairfall has almost stopped
